As news broke of the explosion that killed at least 22 people at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, inaccurate accounts about the incident have been spreading online.

It was taken behind the scenes during the filming of FOX television show Scream Queens and shared 23 June 2015 by celebrity gossip site Just Jared.
Social media has been awash with information and mis-information about the attack, which took place in the Arena's foyer minutes after Ariana Grande went off stage.
The singer reached out to fans with a heartfelt message on Twitter just before 4am local time in Manchester:
